Note

All equipment and decorative elements are provided on a rental basis by MONTAZHNIK COMPANY.
Exhibitors are prohibited to cover the exhibition equipment and stand elements with any self-adhesive films, including construction adhesive tape, as well as to perform any mechanical or other actions leading to damage of the exhibition equipment, namely: drilling, fixing elements of artwork belonging to the Exhibitor to the stand elements with screws, self-tapping screws, construction adhesive tape, etc.
It is prohibited to fence the perimeter of the stand with any adhesive tape.
The exhibitors are allowed to attach materials belonging to them to the exhibition equipment and wall panels only with office transparent tapes.
It is recommended to use grommets when designing the stand independently with posters depicting the presented products and technologies. It is also recommended to use only hooks for hanging posters on wall panels.
We recommend that you purchase these hooks yourself or rent them from MONTAZHNIK COMPANY during the set-up (if available). Product samples:

SPOT 50W lights and socket blocks are installed only along the fascia part of the stand. In all other cases of the arrangement of spotlights and sockets, their installation shall be considered as additional work and shall be calculated in accordance with the rates specified in the price list for additional services (works) and equipment.

Independent construction

In order to obtain a permit for the construction of stands at Timiryazev Centre, it is required to undergo a technical documentation verification procedure.

The stand design project must be pre-approved by the Technical Control Department of EXPOCONSTA and then by TB Expo. All design and technical documentation must have approval (visa) from EXPOCONSTA before passing technical control by TB Expo.

After the free initial approval of the stand at EXPOCONSTA, contractors should contact TB Expo.
